   Your order goes to our manufacturing and logistics partners. Within a few business days it is packed and handed to a carrier.

   It ships with tracking

   You get an email with a tracking number. Orders ship from an international warehouse, so delivery takes longer than a local store.

   We stay in touch

   Something wrong or unclear? Write to us. A person replies, usually within one business day.

What we promise

  We describe what the product is and does. We do not claim medical, cleaning or health results we cannot back with evidence.

  Reviews appear only from verified purchases. If a unit was given to someone for free, the review will say so. Nothing is invented or bought.

• Clear shipping

  Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Typically arrives in 10–20 business days after shipping. Free standard shipping to addresses in the United States.

• Returns in writing

  30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. The full process is in our return policy.
